The living room is a cosy space with a sofa, comfy chair, coffee table and a dining table. There's a Smart TV so you can lounge in front of the telly, or log into your favourite streaming services and have a film night. For cosy evenings there are jigsaws and cards as well as books for you to enjoy. In winter you can enjoy snuggling up in front of the electric wood effect fire with your favourite tipple. The kitchen is equipped with integrated appliances including a cooker, hob and fridge/freezer. There's also essentials such as pans, crockery and gasses. We’ll leave some cleaning equipment out such as cloths & tea towels as well as washing up liquid and cleaning sprays. You will also arrive to a holiday essentials welcome pack, be provided with toiletries, towels, high quality bedding and sleep on a hotel quality mattress. The panelled in the bedroom is painted with a calming colour. You will find usb sockets, a full length mirror, reading lights, bedside tables as well as a wardrobe to hang your clothes to keep the room clutter and stress free. We've included a Smart TV in the bedroom in case you want to enjoy a lie in or breakfast in bed. The bathroom has a large shower which is decorated with mermaid tiles and has a heated towel rail. We provide you with freshly laundered towels, eco friendly body wash and shampoo. PLEASE NOTE THE BATHROOM IS LOCATED ON THE GROUND FLOOR. There is also a small self contained private yard to the rear. Scarborough has a lot to offer visitors and the cottage is well located so that you can easily reach the Town centre, Market, North & South Beach, Harbour, Amusements, Pubs, Bars, Cafes & Restaurants. A parking permit is provided for 1 car for on street parking. The pass will allow you to park anywhere in zone A2. You can check that the pass is valid in the area by checking the parking sign for the letters A2. Please read the instructions on the pass carefully and make sure you display the pass on your dashboard at all times.
