Hi, my wife Jane and I are proud to welcome you to our beautiful holiday cottage. We hope you will create fabulous memories with your loved ones and friends. We have 3 children and 2 dogs, so we know how important it is to get away and re-charge the batteries and de-stress in the open countryside.

Dipper Cottage is located on the edge of Northumberland National Park, and close to Northumberland’s famous coastline, beaches, castles and attractions. A truly wonderful location with amazing views, an array of wildlife on your doorstep and the soothing sound of flowing streams (or known locally as ‘Burns’ in the North East). The location provides endless flexibility. For those who like to start the day with a run, you have some mesmerizing scenery right at your doorstep. For those who enjoy a challenging walk or trek look no further. There are many popular stretches of water for those who enjoy the art of fishing. If you’re planning an itinerary of days out, the list is endless, from Cragside, Rothbury, Alnwick and Hadrian’s Wall, along with the likes of Bamburgh, Berwick, Craster, Holy Island and Seahouses on Northumberland’s Heritage Coast. You will struggle to improve on this for a break in Northumberland.
