We welcome you to our newly refurbished Airbnb property, The Old Stable. Bere Alston is a village, surrounded by spectacular country side. Situated between the River Tavy and Tamar on the borders of Devon and Cornwall. The cottage is a newly renovated mid terrace cottage in the heart of Bere Alston.

The village location of Bere Alston is perfect for discovering the local area. The beautiful, and quaint town of Tavistock is just 15 minutes away, with the bustling city of Plymouth only 30 minutes away (with an Imax Theatre, Drake Circus shopping centre, the National Indoor Aquarium, boat cruises & more). The charming village of Calstock which runs alongside the river Tamar is just 15 minutes away. There is a dedicated car parking space (adjacent to the fence on the left-hand side , marked 22C) as well as a large car park just 30 seconds away. The village is incredibly well catered for with an excellent Post Office: Co-Op express (open 7.00am to 10.00pm - 7 days/week) a local pub, a children's playgroup and an abundance of wonderful country walks including the amazing Denham Woods just a 5 minute drive away.
