A home from home. Fully equipped for a peaceful stay in Somerset and the surrounding counties. The cottage has 3 comfortable bedrooms a spacious lounge with TV and books. Feel free to bring your entertainment devices for full enjoyment. The kitchen diner has all the features needed to enhance your stay in Somerset. There is a washing machine in the cottage and the ability to dry clothes upon asking. The bathroom has an over bath shower with excellent water pressure.
We moved to the area in 2012 with our two children. It's been a fantastic place for them to grow and learn. As well as running the cottage I make sewn items for sale at local markets and keep busy with zumba and yoga classes at the local leisure centre. I enjoy creative hobbies such as pottery and basketry. I try to meet my guests on arrival sharing knowledge of the surrounding areas to enhance their stay.
Ideally situated for visiting Bath, Bristol, the Jurassic coast and the plethora of National Trust properties across the South West of England our cottage is in a highly sought after local village. We have great pubs and a farm shop within walking distance along with a golf course, children's play area and listed church. There are many beautiful country walks to be enjoyed. Langport offers great cafes and historic walks plus a slow flowing river perfect for kayaking and SUP boarding. Somerton has some great bakeries and restaurants and a really fantastic chocolate shop.
