A well presented, private and peaceful place with ample parking. Elevated position with Towy estuary views. An excellent location for exploring the beautiful Carmarthenshire coast. Relax in comfort surrounded by nature and countryside. A short drive to the picturesque coastal village of Llansteffan with its beach and medieval castle. Well equipped kitchen. A washing machine and tumble dryer. 3 bedrooms with 2 en-suite. Wifi included and suitable for remote working. Games room with Pool table.

The guest area comprises a large, comfortable lounge overlooking a patio, a galleried loft bedroom with en-suite shower, sink and toilet, a large fully equipped kitchen with dining table and chairs and a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. There are 2 other bedrooms: 1 en-suite with a king size bed and 1 with twin beds. There is a games rooms with a pub style pool table and TV. There is also a separate main bathroom with sink, toilet and bath with a shower unit over the bath. Entrance is via the front of the property.
