A perfect couples getaway in a unique rustic style accommodation in the small, idyllic, rural village of Rosenannon. Situated at the head of the picturesque Camel Valley just five miles from Wadebridge.
The annex entrance leads into the lounge and straight away you will noticed the wooden unique and rustic features which are throughout the property. The wooden staircase leads to the open mezzanine bedroom overlooking the lounge.
The kitchen space comes complete with all cooking facilities including microwave and gas cooker.
Private car parking is at the front of the property and safely off road. The annex also has smart TV including Netflix and super fast Fibre Broadband (but please note that the phone signal on some networks can be poor) Entry to the property has a key lock box outside the front door for your convenience.
We are private hosts Lucy and Luke and the annex is attached to our family home. We are always available to answer any questions and recommend any places or things to do in the area.
We are in a super location as central to many places and only 10 minutes from the A30 making things easily accessible. We have many beaches as close as 20 minutes away. Some of the well know Newquay and Padstow surrounding beaches and also many hidden other gem locations a short drive away such as the Eden project and Camel valley vineyard. Being close to both Padstow and Newquay gives so many sea swimming, natural pool swimming and surfing opportunities.
Our closest towns are Wadebridge and St. Columb (both under 10 minutes away).
For cycling enthusiasts we are close to some amazing bike and walking trails such as:
Grogley woods (10 minutes)
Hustyns woods (5 minutes)
Camel trail (10 minutes)
Lanhydrock (20 minutes)
The old hill bike park (20 minutes)
Happy to provide any further information on places to go, eat, explore if needed. Always keen to share our favourite places to chill out and where to get good hearty food!
Being so rural, you will need a car to get around our area as there is no regular bus service locally and no shops within walking distance but there are plenty of lovely places to explore close by on a bike or walking.
