Enjoy the peace and quiet in the glorious Welsh countryside with Snowdonia on your doorstep. One kingsize bed, one double bed, fully equipped kitchen, cosy lounge with a log burner and one bathroom. There is parking for two cars, one next to the cottage and one in the lane. There are many local footpaths in the area and the village pub is an 8 minute walk down the hill. The property is a short 5 minute drive to Colwyn Bay and 15 minutes to Llandudno, Conwy Castle and many other attractions.
I manage the cottage myself and live next door. I am available should you need me but will keep my distance and give you your privacy. If you need extra wood or kindling for the fire we can sell it to you by the bag.
The cottage is nestled on a quiet no-throughway lane with very little traffic. There is a stream flowing just outside the front door. We are an eight minute walk into the village which has a fabulous local pub serving excellent meals including a very popular Sunday lunch and guest ales. We have pet sheep onsite, hence our no dog policy and our lambs can be enjoyed from the window. The cottage is 10 minutes from the A55, 45 minutes from Chester (East) and Anglesey (West). The nearest convenience store would be Coop/Aldi in Old Colwyn, 10 minute drive down the hill. We have onsite parking for one car, and lane space for an additional car. As it is an extremely quiet lane with no through traffic, cars are safe parked in the lane. There is no public transport to the cottage. Taxis can be hired to pick up or drop off locally. The nearest train station is Colwyn Bay, a 10 minute drive.
