Your friends, family & dogs will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located cottage with parking (parking permit on request). Suited for Multi-generational holidays or a fun time wild swimming with friends. Minutes from the beach and even though in the heart of the town with lovely cafes, bars & wonderful seafood restaurants, it is tucked away in a private gated mews with a courtyard and very peaceful. Wild swim beaches, restaurants & pubs within walking distance. Very quiet. Other tucked away coves & Dartmoor swims and walks are 10-30 mins by car. Rock Solid coasteering 10 mins. The Teign dive centre is 1 min walk and the Devon Sea Safari boat trips are a 2 min walk. The train station is an 8 min walk which is direct to London Paddington & London Waterloo.

We are Lisa and Paul and both love Teignmouth. Lisa grew up here and now we want our son to grow up by the sea, enjoying swimming, paddleboarding, hiking on Dartmoor and loving the south west. You will love the happy, friendly feel the town has. Enjoy exploring. Myself and/or my family will be accessible at all times.

So much to see and do in this wonderful town and surrounding area. Paddleboard, walk, explore the coastline, eat fresh lobster or mussels fresh daily. Visit Powderham or Totnes castles or explore Dartmoor and Exmoor. Enjoy the glorious beaches, ice creams, fish & chips and boat trips. The cottage is on a level with all the amenities of the town and beaches. The ferry will take you to Shaldon. The bus stop is a few minutes walk and the train station is 8 minutes. You can explore South West Devon by train or bus easily from this location.
