We are located in a stunning village called Kingston right on the South Downs. Extremely easy access with A27 nearby yet in an extremely quiet and peaceful spot where only the sounds of local birds and country side creatures is heard. An idyllic setting with direct access into the south downs & ouse valley. The elevated section of our extensive garden backs into rolling hills. It can also be seen from some of our windows and the decked garden area. Our entire home is secluded by trees and country vegetation, very peaceful and private. We are a family with children and our Home is very spacious. You will have access to the first and second floor of the house (a floor plan is available on the photos for you to see) I have a little annex in the basement which will not be accessible. No one will be there during your stay - It is just a library and 3 other rooms we use for crafts and some storage. Our Home is suited for families or groups of friends up to 9 people. A perfect place for a family get together or gathering. We are also very close to Glyndebourne, Lewes and Brighton. Up to 2 doggies are welcome. We don't charge anything extra but ask that you are respectful of our home. E.g. no doggies on the beds or furniture and please clean up after your dog. You will need to bring your own dog bed etc. We have plenty of parking on the grounds. It can easily accommodate 7 cars. We hope that you will enjoy our home as much as we do. Please feel free to ask any questions your may have. Please note we do not permit loud parties in our home or grounds. Only the number of guests in your bookings are permitted.
