The house is a traditional “chocolate box” English family home (100 years old). It offers 1 bedroom and a studio apartment with patio. The dining room houses a library and it is used for serving breakfast. The garden is big enough for outside eating and relaxing, and it flourishes all the time through spring and summer.
John and Natalie are retired academics with interests in history and architecture. Knowledgeable about local history and places to visit in East Sussex and Kent and they can guide you around. John and Natalie also have experience in teaching English as foreign language.
The house has the most convenient position in central St Leonards, close to the train station, all attractions and amenities. The park in front of the house “Gensing Gardens” can be used for sporting activities and picnics. The sea front is just 10-15 min walk. Restaurants, cafes, concert halls, a cinema and various shops are all at 10-15 min walk.
