A delightful old stone cottage. Set in an oasis of beauty with running streams, massive oaks and 2 acres of garden, orchard and garden. A rare gem. Cozy cottage comes with stream side barbecue facilities too. Recently filmed by the BBC for best Welsh homes series 2022. So it really is as seen on TV! It’s beautiful. Carpets of bluebells in May! Nearby there can be found a Real Ale pub with its own Welsh Highland railway station.

I am here most of the time and am happy to help.
Only a 2 minute walk away from Waunfawr train station. An award winning pub which brews its own signature beer can also be found there. A horse riding and trekking centre only a mile away called The Snowdonia Riding Centre. We are only a 10 minute drive away from the famous Snowdon Ranger Path which is the South assent up Snowdon.
There is a full bus service from the end of the drive just wave at the bus! Welsh Highland Railway line only a 2 minute walk away. Plenty of safe parking which you can oversee from lounge of Sweetpea cottage.
