A spacious self-contained apartment joining the main house. With lovely country views ideal for either a quiet getaway, exploring the Devon countryside or business trip. Exeter City centre is only 15 mins drive with Exeter Airport and the M5 - J29 & J30 less than 10
minutes away. We are ideally suited if flying from Exeter Airport. There is also a train station at Cranbrook on the Waterloo line 5 mins away. Rockbeare Manor wedding venue is only a short drive from the apartment.
I have lived in Broadclyst for the past 22 years. I enjoy living in the country and walking around the local areas. I like the easy access into Exeter, the Airport and M5 all within a 10/15 minute drive.
We are only 5 minutes away from the National Trust's Killerton House. From our property you can easily access all the local beaches and Haytor on Dartmoor.
