Creber Cottage is situated on our 300 acre mixed working farm. One of two luxurious and peaceful holiday cottages, Creber cottage has stunning views of the rolling Devon hills from all rooms but especially the lounge and master bedroom.
We are a family of 4, Martyn and Catherine with Tom, 13 and Ellie, 9. The farm has been in the Chudley family since 1898. We have many years of taking guests . We took the decision to close the farmhouse B&B at the end of last year and decided to build a second holiday cottage.
Our original cottage, Jack's Cottage, was completed in 2009 and after being such an enjoyable and successful business we decided to close the B and B and build another self catering cottage.
Creber cottage was only completed in November 2020 which is why the photos are rather limited. It is a beautiful, open, light cottage finished to the highest standards.
We very much enjoy taking guests here on the farm, it is a joy to share our beautiful countryside with those needing a holiday. Our cottages are kept to the highest standards and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable break away. Even a winter break is made special by coming home to sit by the wood burner and to look out across the farm and valley.
The local historic town of Totnes is a 10 minute drive away and as well as the local supermarket it has a wide variety of unique shops for you to enjoy.
Dartmouth, Salcombe and Kingsbridge are all close by, as are the beautiful beaches of Bantham, Bigbury and Blackpool sands, and many other hidden coves we can share with you. With only a 20 minute drive to the coast and to Dartmoor Crebers is situated perfectly.
