Property information
Located in the heart of Croyde village, only minutes walk from the beach and amenities, this beautifully designed 4-bedroom home for up to 10 guests. Fun fact: a few guests have discovered a full 3D tour by looking up the cottage name
A short stroll takes you to Croyde Beach, with Putsborough, Saunton, and Woolacombe nearby. The village offers charming pubs, great restaurants, and surf shops.
The spacious living room features plush sofas, Sky TV, a DVD player, and an open fireplace. Large windows create a bright, airy space. Free Wi-Fi, books, board games, DVDs, and a toy box ensure entertainment for all.
The modern kitchen includes a Rangemaster cooker, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine. A utility room offers a fridge/freezer, washing machine, and tumble dryer. The dining area seats eight, with two extra stools at the island.
A separate playroom/summer room features a 65” TV, children’s books, board games, and a comfy sofa. Double doors lead to the courtyard, blending indoor and outdoor spaces.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
Ground Floor: Bedroom 1 has a double bed and French doors to the garden. Bedroom 2 features a king-size bed, wall-mounted TV, and ample storage.
Upstairs: Bedroom 3 offers a king-size bed, bedside cabinets, and reading lamps. Bedroom 4 is ideal for kids or groups with multiple beds, a sofa bed, and a pull-out truckle bed.
The downstairs bathroom includes a full-size bath with a handheld shower and heated towel rail. The upstairs shower room has a sleek rain showerhead.
OUTDOOR LIVING
Enjoy front and rear gardens, seating areas, a lawn for games, and a Weber charcoal BBQ. A private patio offers al fresco dining. An enclosed wash area is perfect for rinsing off wetsuits, sandy feet, or muddy dogs. Secure storage is available for surfboards, wetsuits, and bikes.
On-site parking for one car, with additional parking nearby.
