Daisy our king double is one of our converted milking parlours and dates back a few hundred years, it is part of The Old Dairy Farm dating back 400 years. Both Daisy and buttercup rooms are superbly and tastefully decorated to a high standard with plenty of room. There is complimentary tea and coffee in the room and a beautiful adjoining shower room for your sole use. Out the front is a terrace where you can sit and enjoy the view across the valley. Breakfast is brought to your room in a hamper at a time to be arranged on arrival and it is continental. Croissant's, jam, cereal fruit etc. We have a little table and chairs overlooking the Reindeer enclosure too where you can sit and watch the Reindeer and the world go by. We are sorry but we cannot accommodate children or pets in the B & B,s Here at the Welsh Reindeer retreat we are set in 15 acres of beautiful scenery and rolling hills. We have animals on site along with our family dogs and other animals including our small herd of Reindeer. Unfortunately due to the nature of the land and the position it is on the side of a hill we cannot offer wheel chair or such access. parking is on a slight incline and is gravel under foot. Jackie is an animal trainer in the film and tv industry, providing many animals over the years for films and tv. We have a selection of animals here at the Welsh reindeer retreat. you can see many photos of work we have done and our animals down in the retreat if you would like to visit the Reindeer just ask mornings or evenings after feed time are best our animals have featured in many Film TV and commercials over the years.. We are a farm which is quite rural, our approach driveway is 0.2 miles and at the top of the drive you will see a sign “reception” go to Reception and please ring the bell for attention. The views from here are simply stunning and it is peacefully quiet except for the occasional noise from one of our animals. The nearest pub is "The Red Lion" a mile away with amazing food and superb hospitality. We have beautiful beaches locally and plenty of places of interest to visit. If you are staying here you will need to have a car. So if you fancy getting away from it all and enjoy the countryside this is the place. it is hilly here with gravel under foot so not suitable for a wheel chair. more photos and details can be found on the welsh reindeer retreat web site.
