Daisy Cottage is a house consisting of a kitchen with gas oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and coffee maker, a utility room with washing machine, a dining room with a dining table seating eight guests, a sitting room with an open fire and Smart TV, and a conservatory with a Smart TV. The bedrooms include a ground-floor king-size, a king-size, a double, and a single. There is a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin, and WC. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio, and furniture, a non-enclosed front lawn and off-road parking for four cars. Up to two dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Pub 0.2 miles, Shop 1.4 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Return year after year to Daisy Cottage. The village of Metheringham sits in the North Kesteven district of Lincolnshire, 10 miles south east of Lincoln. Within the village lies a historical church, St Wilfrid’s, which dates from the 1600s, along with other amenities including a convenience store, a café, a traditional butchers shop and three welcoming pubs. The centre of the village is a conservation area and to the west lies Metheringham Heath, on which is a SSSI at a local quarry.
