It would have originally been 2 rooms upstairs

In 1990 the large kitchen and bathroom extension was built
It now has the original 2 bedrooms upstairs
The old original 2 rooms are now 1 large living room
The kitchen and bathroom are on the ground floor
The outside back garden has double tiered decking
The top decking with seating area looking over the top off the house to the valley opposite and mountains to the side
There are 25 steps out the back and 4 steps to get up into the front small terrace to enter via the front door
The living room has smart TV with sky Q & live TV

The bathroom has a full bath with thermostatically controlled shower over
Street parking outside 10 meters towards the left is free
Parking to the right is 100 meters away also free
There is also a paid car park this side off the town center just over half a mile away
Public transport to Aberdare is excellent by bus or train
The train goes straight to Cardiff and from there direct route to London Paddington and many other places in the UK
