Great location, stunning views, easy to book, very serene and quite the perfect location to relax and unwind. Stones grow from Silva village and st David’s which again are both well worth a visit.

We are ideally situated within the beautiful Pembrokeshire National Park, between picturesque Solva harbour and Britain’s smallest city, St Davids. Delfryn’s cottages sit well in their surroundings, being sympathetically converted from a typical historic Pembrokeshire farmstead. With its stone walls and cobbles in the yard, it retains all of its character and charm. Each cottage has its own south facing patio, a sun trap by day, ideal for al fresco dining in the evening, and perfect for star gazing at night. Delfryn sits in a large plot, surrounded by nature with an extensive communal lawn, ample parking, fields running down to the sea and the Pembrokeshire Coast Path. In an area known for its rugged natural beauty, Delfryn is the ideal location to make the most of what Pembrokeshire has to offer.
When it comes to choosing the perfect holiday destination, location is key. And it doesn’t get much better than Delfryn. Perched on the westernmost tip of Wales, Delfryn finds itself nestled between Solva’s quaint harbour and the historic city of St. Davids, the smallest city in Britain. This prime position not only lends itself to stunning views and remarkable tranquility but also opens up an array of exciting local attractions and experiences that make staying at Delfryn uniquely appealing. Start with the awe-inspiring landscapes that surround Delfryn. A short walk leads to the renowned Pembrokeshire cliff path, with this stretch between Solva and St. Davids voted the 15th best walk in the UK. boasting some of the most breathtaking and spectacular coastal scenery of its 186-mile length and a chance to spot a huge array of diverse wildlife. But if you prefer sandy toes to hiking boots, Pembrokeshire’s internationally acclaimed blue flag beaches, including Newgale and Whitesands Bay, are just a few miles away. There’s also a plethora of secluded beaches, coves and picturesque harbours to explore. History buffs are in for a treat too. Delfryn is in close proximity to historical landmarks including iron age forts, a second world war aerodrome, and St. Davids Cathedral and Bishops palace, the destination of many pilgrimages. Ancient standing stones as well as the home of the stones that built Stonehenge. If you lean towards the arts, you’ll find many local potteries, numerous painters, and galleries just a short drive away in Solva and St. Davids. Craving adventure? Pembrokeshire is an activity mecca. Everything from coasteering, sailing, surfing, canoeing, paddle boarding, rock climbing, walking, horse riding to photography and yoga is within a few miles of Delfryn. And when the day winds down, indulge in some local cuisine at one of the many varied restaurants and pubs and pop ups locally.
