The property sits within a small cul-de-sac, with a block paved hardstanding drive providing 2 spaces for parking with a good sized enclosed rear garden. Front facing entrance hallway providing access to the kitchen, living room and downstairs shower room. There is a good sized conservatory to the rear accessed through sliding patio doors from the living room. The staircase leads off the living room and provides access to the first floor, where you will find three good sized double bedrooms and a family bathroom.
We offer great accommodations for good prices.
Situated on a much sought after residential estate, ideally located close to the Northern General Hospital and transport links to Meadowhall Shopping Centre and Sheffield City Centre.
