These delightful cottages are tucked away in Lower Batson, one of the most picturesque parts of Salcombe. The cottages have recently been refurbished to a very high standard throughout. The terraced garden is a suntrap, with plenty of outdoor seating to relax on, whilst taking in the stunning views across the valley. This gem is conveniently located approximately a ten minute walk around Batson creek to Salcombe Town. You can book either cottage separately for groups of up to 6, or both together for a group of up to 12 (max 10 adults). The space: Walking through either front door, amidst the climbing wisteria, takes you into the living rooms with an internal interlinking door. There are two wood burners to set off a homely vibe and perfectly warms the cottages. Guests can hunker down in a sinkable sofa on crisp winter nights. Adorning the cottage are curious collectables, carefully chosen paintings; salvaged sailing relics and exposed stone, line the walls and shelves Ultra modern contemporary kitchens with oak and slate worktops; includes fridge freezers, fan ovens with grill, induction hobs, sink, small dishwashers and microwave ovens. A luxurious king size bed sits as the focal point in both south facing master bedrooms, two further front bedrooms, with large mullion windows allowing light to stream in. There are two family bathrooms, inclusive of bath, shower over bath and WC. Two further bedrooms are found at the end of the Cottages, with wood panelled wall, wardrobes and desks. Decorated throughout with thoughtfully chosen pieces of furniture and Vanessa Arbuthnot fabrics. With an abundance of walking opportunities and exploration trails starting on your doorstep. The cottage is located on a very quiet no through lane. Situated in a picture-postcard part of Salcombe, in proximity to a lovely green with perfectly positioned benches to watch the spectacular sunrises over the sparkling sea.
