Enjoy an entire spacious Central Derby Apartment to yourself. Parking is free! We provide you with a clean environment, a comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen with all working facilities, a functional bathroom and a combined dining and living space ares with a smart TV, free view and 5G high-speed internet. Linen and towels are provided for your comfort and convenience Due to recent negatives experiences, we now require a refundable deposit to be paid prior to check-in.
The flat is located 12 mins walk from top city-centre locations including Derby Cathedral, Friar Gate and Derbion Shopping Centre (formerly Westfield). The accommodation is located in a residential area, and provides generous space both indoor and outdoor, including a number o green space options.
