Derwen House consists of an open-plan living space with electric oven and hob, fridge, dining seating for four people, and sitting area with Smart TV, along with a utility with washer/dryer. The bedrooms consist of a double and twin, serviced by a bathroom. Outside, there is a shared garden with furniture, along with roadside parking with permit provided. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop and pub in 0.1 miles, river in 0.5 miles, and canal in 0.4 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are inc. in rent. Derwen House is a lovely base for a rural retreat in Llangollen. Note: Couple steps down to bathroom, please take care.

The National Trust properties of Chirk Castle and Erddig are within easy driving distance, while a day-long car trail can take you to visit six of the ‘Seven Wonders of Wales’. Offa’s Dyke Path passes nearby and boasts pleasant walking along the crest of the Clwyd hills, plus the famous Pontcysyllte Aqueduct, a World Heritage Site, is 5 miles away, and Snowdonia is less than an hour’s drive.
