This gives me time to remedy any problems or offer guests to leave and cancel the booking for a full refund if they prefer. Issues reported after this time can still be raised but it is at my discretion whether to allow the option of booking cancellation for a refund to be applied.** There is communal parking either outside the front door or 10 steps away from it in an off road communal car park. This is free and there are always spaces available. The accommodation comprises 3 bedrooms, a shared kitchen, living room and bathroom and a rear garden. All rooms have their own desks. Bedding and towels are included. The house benefits from unlimited WIFI. There is a 4K TV and the kitchen contains all the usual cutlery and plates, pans, cups etc. There is a cooker, kettle, microwave, washing machine and tumble drier. Please note there is a doorbell camera facing the doorstep and green, there are no cameras anywhere else on the property or overlooking the property.

Hello Hi I'm Dr Daniel Wade and welcome to my booking page. I've been a GP since 2011, a junior doctor for 5 years before that and a medical student for 5 years before that. 22 years in medicine so far! I have been a GP at the Deepings Practice since 2015 and am one of 7 partners there. I set this house up primarily to host our visiting medical students and am please to offer it at times for the use of the more general public. House rules - on booking your stay you have read and agreed to these: House rules: - please no smoking in the house, there is a rear garden with decking and some outside chairs which can be used for smoking -there is an outside small brick outbuilding housing the house's electrical controls and fuseboard etc. This is off limits to guests and locked. Guests should not attempt to gain access to this area (well signposted on the external door) - please be respectful of neighbours especially with the ATMOS sound bar! - no parties - no pets or service animals please - during and after showers/baths kindly open the bathroom window to allow ventilation (even in the winter) - please dry clothes using the tumble dryer inside - please don't dry clothes elsewhere inside the house as this creates damp - at the end of your stay please put any used towels in the bath for me to collect - please wash up any used cups, plates, cooking items etc, if you do not do this I may impose cleaning fees - please take care of any rubbish putting it in the appropriately labelled kitchen bin, if you do not do this I may impose cleaning fees - outside BBQs allowed but not on the decking or astro turf (obviously) also please be respectful of neighbours washing etc

Very quiet and safe, seperate off road communal car park and parking outside the house as well on a first come, first served basis. No through traffic. I have neighbours to the right of the property, the other side is first floor flats and these residents are only seen rarely. There is a tesco supermarket 5 minutes walk away from the house. Market Deeping has a good number of local eateries, pubs and takeaways including dominoes pizza. The doctor's surgery is literally over the road from the house. The house is close to Peterborough, Stamford and Spalding.
