Look no further than this delightful holiday house. Undisturbed views of the Tamar river and landscape as far as the eye can see, this comfortable Driftwood Cottage is nestled in a countryside setting and provides ideal self-catering for up to 7 people. You will have the whole cottage to your selves, with a small garden to the front side and back. There is a footpath that takes you across the salt marsh to the river. The river is a tidal estuary and is ideal for fishing and launching small boats. You can even leave a small boat tied up during your stay. Dogs are welcomed! There is a small charge per dog per night, so do message us about it. Note that we have free-range (and well-loved!) chickens and ducks roaming about the farm, and we gently request that you keep your pet(s) from disturbing them. Parties and events are allowed if you also rent the neighbouring cottage (Stable Cottage) at the same time; this would also give you access to the party barn between these cottages.

We live on the Tamar river in Devon, as we find this area one of the most inspirational in the UK. I am an artist/builder who creates spaces of light and beauty. Audrey is an environmental scientist and looks after the natural surroundings of our farm. Our aim is to welcome you into a dwelling for your pleasure and relaxation. I enjoy using ideas of times passed and endeavor to achieve an ‘otherworldliness’ in my work. I spend my time in constant contemplation of the next project in mind. Other than that you can find us enjoying music and dance, coastal walking, fishing, or generally working in our workshop on some new project. We live close by and we are available most of the time.
