Dunvegan Apartment is set in well manicured grounds with private off street parking for 2 cars. It is an immaculate and spacious 2 bedroom lower conversion 5 minutes walk from the Royal Troon Golf Course and Troon beach, and many popular pubs and restaurants are approximately 1 mile away. The lounge has a beautiful bay window with a dining table overlooking the garden and comfortable seating. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and en-suite shower room. The second bedroom is a twin room. The property has a fully equipped kitchen. A family bathroom with a shower and bath completes the accommodation. Troon beach offers beautiful walks and many children’s play areas. For the golf enthusiasts you have come to the right place. Apart from Royal Troon, there are 3 municipality courses also nearby and many other top class courses in the area. Strictly no pets.
