This beautiful , newly renovated holiday home in the centre of Woodbridge really is a 'home away from home' Boasting stunning , tasteful interior and a private walled rose garden, you really will feel like you have hit the jackpot when you book here. Two double bedrooms with cosy , plush linen. The lounge boasts a huge sofa where you can relax and enjoy the large flatscreen television and even light the wood burner on colder evenings. If you don't fancy heading out to one of Woodbridge's many restaurants or pubs the kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to create a slap up breakfast, lunch or dinner! In the summer months you can enjoy the BBQ and al fresco dining area. Free private parking.

We are a husband and wife team dedicated to making your holiday a real 'home away from home' experience. We pride ourselves in creating spaces that are 'curated but casual' Somewhere where you feel cared for. Enjoy our beautiful homes across the UK, we promise you won't be disappointed. We do ask for you to leave a small safety deposit incase of damage to the property (this will be returned in full when you vacate) Additionally we also ask you submit an identity document & sign a rental agreement. We are a small business and this is simply to cover our own backs in the unusual event of damage/misuse to the house.

Sitting on the River Deben, just 8 miles from the coast, the market town of Woodbridge is described as one of the 'gems' of Suffolk. Applauded for its arty, historic atmosphere, this riverside town is a hive of activity. You'll find plenty of gastro pubs, restaurants , quaint little coffee shops and even a small local cinema in this laid back little market town. You can go wild swimming in Shingle Street or pop to the Deben Leisure Centre if you want to hit the gym too. If shoppings more your thing you can stroll up and down the thoroughfare and grab a bargain at one of the boutique gift or antique shops. Every Thursday there is a market on Market Square where you can purchase fresh fruit, vegetables, cheese and flowers. -Woodbridge train station is 2minute walk from Earl Cottage -14km from Ipswich -19km from Framlingham Castle -33km from Flatford Mill -75km from Stansted Airport
