Eithin Bach is a self catering single story cottage. Perfect for a small Family or a couple to holiday throughout the year. The entrance leads to a comfortable kitchen/Diner/Lounge which you access the main bedroom and the bathroom, the second smaller bunk-room is accessed beyond the bathroom. for this reason alone I would recommend that it is more suitable to a couple or small family than groups of friends. There is a small out side seating area with a table and chairs, which enjoys the morning sun.
The tranquillity of the location is wonderful, as are the views of the Snowdonia mountains and over the Abermeni to Anglesey.
We are a small family business providing two very comfortable self catering holiday cottages run by Helen and Andy Teasdale. Andy and Helen are both highly qualified and experienced outdoor professionals. Andy holds the British Mountain Guides qualification and Helen holds the UK Mountaineering and Climbing Instructor Award. Both are able to offer high quality guided hill walking, scrambling and rock climbing outings during your stay at Cefn Eithin. Walking on Snowdon or climbing at Gogarth are fantastic day out. Availability and cost can all be discussed during your visit or arranged in advance.
Andy Teasdale is also a very accomplished photographer and an associate member of the Royal Photographic Society ARPS. Andy offers photographic tutorials and guided Mountain and coastal photography workshop.
Ethin Bach is in a rural setting surrounded by fields, Full of sheep and country lanes. We are located in the small village of Bethesda Bach, which has a nice bar restaurant but not a lot else. Just 3 kilometres away the town of Bontnewydd has more facilities. The market and Castletown of Caernarfon is less than 7 kilometers away where you can get anything you need shopping wise and enjoy wonderful harbour and coastal sight seeing.
Just 0.5 kilometers away is Lon Eifion cycle track which allows a safe cycle to Caernarfon.
