Welcome to Stoke-on-Trent, the heart of the historic pottery industry and a superb base for both business and leisure. This property is in a prime location for contractors and business trips, with Spode, Staffordshire University, and the Royal Stoke University Hospital all within walking distance. Trentham Gardens, Middleport Pottery, and Gladstone Museum are just 10–15 minutes away, while Alton Towers and the Peak District are around 30 minutes by car with easy access. I’m Kate, a designer and Staffordshire local who has also travelled widely. I’ve fully restored this Victorian terrace myself, combining original character with thoughtful, creative design. My background in art, pattern, and interiors influences every detail, making the space comfortable, functional, and full of personality. Whether you’re working, visiting, or exploring, the house is designed to feel calm, welcoming, and well-equipped. As a host, I respect privacy but I’m always happy to help with recommendations or support when needed. Having raised four children and two cavapoos, I’m used to making guests feel at ease.
