Welcome to Emma and Simons retreat, a two bedroom holiday caravan located at Polperro Holiday Park. Our relaxing retreat comfortably sleeps five people. Our caravan is pet friendly so you can bring your furry friend on holiday with you for no extra cost. There is a master bedroom with ensuite toilet, a second bedroom with two single beds and a pull out sofa bed in the living room. We are able to provide a cot bed and highchair for your stay if needed. All bed linen and towels are provided for your stay. If you are staying for a special occasion like a birthday or anniversary we are able to provide a special package for your arrival for an extra cost please just ask. You will have private access to our caravan with an outside table. There is a large grass area next to the caravan which is ideal for children to play happily outside whist you are relaxing inside. Our kitchen is fully equipped and has an air fryer for easy meals. Free WIfi is also provided for your stay. You will have everything you need for a relaxing and hassle free holiday.

Our caravan is next to A public footpath which leads directly to Talland Bay with fantastic rock pools and café. Polperro Holiday Park has a wonderful indoor swimming pool, entertainment programme, restaurant, bar, crazy golf, table tennis and children’s playground. There is also a laundrette onsite. These facilities are open from the end of March until November. We are in a highly sort after location for exploring Cornwall located between the historic fishing ports of Polperro and Looe. You can walk directly down to Talland Bay or Polperro within 20 minutes. There is parking in Polperro but the No.72 bus stops immediately outside the holiday park and we are just one short stop away. Visit the Go Cornwall bus website to get the most current timetable. Looe is approximately a 10 minute drive to the East, Lansallos Beach and Lantic Bay are approximately a 15 minute drive West. Plenty to explore and keep you busy on your amazing holiday.
