Welcome to our newly refurbished modern apartment. Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located nest on Roker sea front. Situated just a stone’s throw away from the beautiful North East coast.
Enjoy the sea front walk while taking in the amazing scenery and visiting the history of Roker.
Close to several bars/pubs, cafes, restaurants and amenities. Whilst you visit us you may wish to visit some of these local business's and try some home brewed beers and north east traditions.
Neighbourhood information
Roker is a lively and friendly coastal town by the sea. There is plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance and also on our door step of the apartment. Only a 20 minute walk to the main city of Sunderland and the stadium of light. We also have the national glass centre only a 10 minute walk along the riverside that hosts many exhibitions and art displays.
Free parking space outside of apartment. Additional parking available. Easy transport links with bus stop right outside the front of the premises. 10 minute walk to Metro links from nearby coastal area Seaburn. Making this an accessible and desirable location for anyone wanting to visit more or the north east or passing through on business.
