This fantastic upmarket property is an absolute gem. It has just been renovated to a high standard and teamed with the fabulous location, we are sure this property will be a hit with guests. It is in an amazing location with everything you need only a stones throw from here. The iconic Marine Theatre, the wonderful Jurassic coast and world famous Cobb can be seen from the communcal garden with a spectacular bay view. You will be able to access the sea, shops and pubs in less than a minutes walk. This property is really lovely and with one of the most amazing views from the garden teamed with a great living space, we are very pleased to be able to offer this fantastic property to guests. The property is close to everything wonderful Lyme Regis has to offer. You can park up once here and not have to use your car again! With the property being so close to great restaurants , pubs and the beach. The spacious flat in a grade 2 listed building has been renovated to a high standard to give our guests a comfortable and memorable stay.

Having a property in Lyme Regis with this central location that comes with a parking space is extremely rare. The parking is a few minutes walk away and you can park up outside to drop off any luggage for a short time. We ask guests when they first arrive to find the welcome folder on the table and this gives you clear directions to the parking area. You could actually park up once you have arrived and not have to use the car again because everything is within walking distance of the property. Alternatively you have a good bus link that takes you on an explorer route along the whole of the Jurassic Coast. This is very reasonable and you can buy a day pass where you can hop on and off along the coast road to visit some of the best places around like Charmouth, West Bay , Bridport Abbotsbury and all the way along the coast to Weymouth. Walking distance to everything Lyme has to offer!
