There is a convenience store, a couple of hot food takeaways and a village pub within a short walk and larger supermarkets and restaurants are around a 15 minute walk or 2/3 minute drive. Lovely family friendly park across the road and a couple of minutes to the canal where you can enjoy lovely walks. Polmont train station is a couple of minutes walk away and from there it's less than 30 minutes to Edinburgh, Glasgow, Stirling or Linlithgow and so ideal for visiting events such as the Edinburgh Festival. There are three private parking spaces behind the house and direct motorway links to the M8 and M9 are close by. This is a great location for those of you who wish to explore all that Scotland has to offer, whether that is the castles in Edinburgh and Stirling or the stunning locations across Scotland such as Loch Lomond or St Andrews. The Kelpies and the Falkirk Wheel are within a 10/15 minute drive and there are numerous golf courses within easy reach.
