It benefits from off-road parking for two vehicles (which only a handful of properties can offer in this central area) making it an ideal choice for guests looking to park up and explore. This is an important feature as Filey is notoriously short of town centre parking.
Filey Central Two is furnished to a good standard and is set over two floors. Fully refurbished in 2023 from top to bottom, the owners have taken care in ensuring that you have a welcoming and memorable stay. The garage has been converted into a games room with a pool table and dart board. There is a bright, modern, and well-equipped kitchen/dining room with a Juliet balcony providing views along the street and allowing the refreshing sea air into the apartment. The sitting room is cosy and welcoming with sofas around the Smart TV, perfect for unwinding
