Very nice little cottage up some step steps that has been lovingly maintained and modernised. An issue when we arrived was soon resolved by the host. A little out of town but easy to walk towards the harbour. Would recommend and dog friendy!

Take in breathtaking views across the estuary to Instow, and relax in this calm oasis. The house sits high on a look-out, up some 15 steps and is only a 6 minute walk to the Quay, at heart of the village. The cottage is newly renovated with luxury finishes throughout, and has large, sun drenched front & back gardens, teaming with bees & wild grasses.
I’ll be on hand throughout your stay via messages for questions or emergencies. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch!
Appledore is picture perfect and set on the waterfront of an undulating peninsula. Benefitting from a charming vantage point, looking over the glistening water and across to Instow village. The views from the cottage and from Appledore Quay are especially pretty at night, with the sparkling waterfront lamps reflecting off the water. With nature on your doorstep, there are no end of coastal paths, local culinary delights and local arts to explore. Not to mention an active boatyard and fishing dock a stones throw from the cottage. The village is especially well known for its resident artists, book festival and superb fish and chips! Parking is on street with no tickets or permits needed. The street is sloped, but flat parking is possible at the top or bottom of the road.
