This fantastic Fishermans Flat is in a beautiful parts of Broughty Ferry and only a few steps from the beach. It has fantastic views of the River Tay and Broughty Castle is only a few minutes walk.
The Fishermans Flat is an easy stroll to all of the facilities that Broughty Ferry has to offer, including some lovely family-friendly pubs, restaurants and cafes.
I am a friendly and sociable person and I really enjoy chatting with my guests who have travelled from all around the world to stay at my Fishermans Flat. It has been hard work at times but the reviews I have received make it all worthwhile.
Broughty Ferry or 'The Ferry' as it is known locally is a lovely little former fishing village that can trace its history back to the 1500's. The Castle was originally built in 1495 and is only a few minutes walk from the Fishermans Flat.
There are plenty of friendly little pubs very close by where you can enjoy a lovely meal, a refreshing pint or a glass of wine with friendly locals and tourists.
The famous Visochi's Italian ice cream shop is a couple of streets away and is a must for anyone visiting the area. I would highly recommend a stroll along the sandy beach by the Castle after picking up your ice cream.
