This is a semi detached yellow brick Victorian House built in the 1870's. We have dedicated the top of the house for visitors. There are 2 x double bed rooms taking up to 4 people sharing. Each room has a bathroom en suite and there is a spare bathroom, a kitchen and compact dining area. The house is stylish & finished to a high standard. A note about parking. It is free apart from 2 hours a day Monday to Friday 10am until noon.
I hosted language students from International House for many years and enjoyed meeting the diverse cultures and kept in contact with many of the students. I worked for 23 years for the Tate Gallery, and other Galleries subsequently. I then had a shop in the West End. I have renovated many properties along the way. I am available if needed to advise and assist, if not, my house is your home.
Tierney Road is located half way between Brixton & Streatham. Both are good shopping areas. The road is surrounded by 4 x open land commons (I walk round Clapham Common every other day) and a is short hop from Brockwell Park which has an open air Lido (also Tooting Common) Brixton is famous for its market and international food hub
