Hi, I’m Katrina, and I’m thrilled to welcome you to Fox Cottage! I run my own branding company and enjoy all things creative, but one of my true passions is Yorkshire and being a host. I love meeting new guests and helping them discover the best that this beautiful region has to offer.
I absolutely adore pets, so if you’re traveling with your furry friends, they’re more than welcome at Fox Cottage. Angus, my Westie, and Babs, my cat, are great companions, and I know how important it is to have a pet-friendly space.
Fox Cottage holds special meaning as it generates income to help with my mum’s care fees, something very close to my heart. I’m dedicated to ensuring your stay is as comfortable as possible, and I love sharing local recommendations—whether it’s the best places to eat, hidden gems for a day out, or tips for exploring the stunning Yorkshire countryside.
Upcycling is another passion of mine—I believe in giving old things new life, just like the charm and character that fill Fox Cottage. My biography title would definitely be The Pocket Rocket because I’m always on the go, full of energy, and ready to help wherever needed.
I can’t wait to meet you and ensure your stay at Fox Cottage is memorable. Let’s make your visit to Yorkshire unforgettable!
