Foxhole Cottage is a beautifully refurbished cottage with a large spacious garden, set in the idyllic rural location of Framsden, Framlingham. Sleeping up to six adults and two children, it is a perfect option for families and friends looking to get together and enjoy what the area has to offer.

Framsden is a pretty village just a fifteen minute drive from the ancient market town of Framlingham. Famously known as where Ed Sheeran grew up, his song "Castle on the Hill" is inspired by the magnificent 12th Century Framlingham Castle which holds a variety of family-friendly events throughout the year and the grounds are ideal for a picnic on a sunny day. Framlingham has a number of excellent independent shops, cafes and restaurants including Leo's Deli with a well-stocked fromagerie, breads from Orford's Pump Street Bakery, picnic treats and fine foods. Don't miss Hall Farm Butchers for weekly meat boxes, locally sourced beef, lamb, chicken and pork as well as seasonal game. There's also the Dancing Goat and The Crown Hotel. The ever popular Watson and Walpole restaurant serves delicious Italian dishes in beautiful surroundings. Suffolk is famous for it's local, fresh, seasonal produce; enjoy sampling local cheeses, breads, cakes and more every Tuesday and Saturday at the market in the square. One of East Anglia's oldest commercial vineyards, Shawgates Vineyard in Framlingham offers tours and experiences.
