A unique cottage , a mix of antique and Modern furniture .. a super king bed with 100 percent cotton bedding. A well equipped kitchen but Uniquely furnished, a wood burning stove in the living room with comfortable sofa and arm chair and a beautiful wooden fire side chair . Hot water shower .. and bath.

Easy walking distance to the RSPB sanctuary ..Ynys-Hir via back lanes. 4 min drive to the Dyfi Osprey centre. 10 min walk from the door up the lane opposite for fantastic views over the Dyfi Estuary .. and to join to the Welsh Coastal Path . Easy back lane walk to the acclaimed Gareth Ward Ynyshir Restaurant . 20 min drive to the beach at Ynyslas and to the coastal village of Borth .. with the pub you can enjoy a pint or a glass 🥃 fine on the Beach !
