We live locally and know the area very well so can answer most questions you may have about Rye. We love to run, cycle and walk our dog, Tilly.

Property information

A family and dog-friendly holiday cottage, 5 bedrooms within walking distance of the town centre of Rye. A great space for extended family and friends. Five bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and additional cloakroom WC, lounge with wood-burner, kitchen, dining room, utility room, and downstairs bedroom. Enclosed garden with stunning countryside views. Parking for at least 3 cars to the front of the property. Please make a request if you want to bring a dog. A small additional charge per dog is payable direct to us. One dog is permitted, if you wanted to bring more, you must discuss that with us prior to booking or arrival.

Neighbourhood information

Rye is a pretty medieval town by the seaside. Lots of independent cafes, restaurants, shops and antique outlets to browse. The cottage has beautiful footpaths only minutes from the front door for ramblers to enjoy. Stunning beaches all within an easy drive.
