The flexible bedroom layout can be set up as three or four separate beds, so colleagues can have their own space while still sharing a home. The house sits in a quiet cul-de-sac in Sandymoor, Runcorn, a modern residential area about three miles from Runcorn town centre and four miles from Warrington. You are only a short drive from junction eleven of the M56, giving fast links to Liverpool, Manchester, Chester and North Wales. Nearby business hubs include Sci-Tech Daresbury, Daresbury Park and Manor Park Industrial Estate, and both Runcorn and Runcorn East railway stations are within easy reach for commuting. Local shops, Runcorn Shopping City, and green spaces such as Delamere Forest are all accessible for everyday needs and downtime. ?
