Glandwr Cottage consists of a ktichen/diner with oil Rayburn, electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, kettle, toaster, and dining seating for six people, sitting room with TV and woodburning stove, and conservatory. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with TV, double, and single, serviced by a bathroom. Outside, there is an enclosed garden with lawn, patio, and furniture, along with off-road parking in the lay-by opposite the property. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen, and towels are inc. in rent. Glandwr Cottage is a fine base for a Gwynedd getaway. Note: Slopes and steps - children should be supervised. Note: Step up into sitting room. Note: Water sourced from the river - not for drinking, unless boiled. Note: No mobile phone reception. Note: Narrow stairs, please take care. Note: No central heating. Note: A 150 GBP security deposit will be pre-authorised on your card and released in full after a post-departure inspection. The water supply is directly from the river so is not suitable for drinking unless boiled but is perfectly fine to bath, shower and wash up in. There is no central heating in the property; the heating provided by the woodburning stove, rayburn and additional electric heaters. Hot water is provided by an immersion heater and the Rayburn. There is no mobile phone reception but there is Minimum of 3 night bookings only. Note: Check in days are Monday and Friday

Located within the Snowdonia National Park and on the beautiful Cardigan Bay, this is a fantastic holiday location at any time of the year.
