The property is located, 10 minutes walk to the lovely Foyle walkway and is a 2 minute walk to a shop, pub and cafe and is a fifteen minute walk to the city centre. The property has a T.V, washing machine, microwave and all other mod cons. The house has good WIFI connection. The kitchen has been fitted recently and incorporates washing machine, microwave and toaster.
The neighbourhood is is in a quiet street, close to the University and the Strand road.
