We are adjacent to South Pool Creek, part of the Salcombe Estuary, allowing small boats to be launched from the property at high tide. The beautiful rolling countryside of the South Hams is on our doorstep and extensive coastal walks are but a short journey away. We are less than 10 minutes drive from the beaches opposite Salcombe, where a foot ferry can be used to visit the town.
