The credit card used to make the booking must be presented upon check-in. If the booking is made by a third party, you can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details provided in your confirmation to make alternative arrangements.

Deposit Policy

25 percent of the total amount may be charged anytime after booking.

The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 14 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of the total amount will be charged.

If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Please note that baby cots are only available in the Club rooms.

Please note that a physical credit or debit card must be presented upon arrival for verification and payment purposes. We are unable to accept Cash, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or other contactless payment methods at check-in or check-out. Kindly be advised that our hotels operate on a cashless policy, and all transactions must be settled using a valid physical card.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
