Company information

We started the Company over 5 years ago to let a cottage in the garden as it helps us fund renovation work on the Farmhouse. The Company is VAT registered, so if you need a VAT invoice for your stay just ask. The owners live in another cottage in the garden and are available on site if needed by guests. Guests are always welcome to knock on our door or message us should you want to during your stay.

Property information

Mark & Paul would love to welcome you to our rural 2 bedroom cottage situated close to the North Kent coast in the grounds of 14th Century Frognal Farmhouse. The cottage provides comfortable accommodation perfect for a break away and is just over an hour away from SE London by car, or take a train straight into the village from London Victoria, (1 hour 6mins). Faversham & Sittingbourne are 10 minutes away. Dates to 30 June 26 are now released and available.

Neighbourhood information

Free Secure Parking is available on site. (locked gates at night) If you are working from home, you can work from the cottage whilst you are staying. There is a good free wifi service in the cottage and in the garden. If you need ideas of things to do whilst you are staying, there are some beautiful local walks, as well as Faversham, Whitstable, Canterbury, White Cliffs of Dover, Rochester, Chatham Docks and Leeds Castle. If you have teenagers they will love the Ashford Designer Outlet (40mins away by car) Mark & Paul are happy to guide you on local attractions. There are pubs that do great food so you can eat out if you wish.
