Outside there is a private front lawn and patio with furniture, and off-road parking for three cars. Within 1.3 miles, you will find a shop and within 1.8 miles, a pub and please note that two well-behaved pets are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Within the wonderful and popular county of Cornwall is the village of Summercourt, situated midway between Newquay and St Austell, it is near to the A30 intersection which can give you easy access to both of these coastal towns. Home to the longest-established fair in Cornwall, Summercourt Fair, which has been going for more than 800-years, nowadays it brings a large funfair and produce market. Two pubs can be found in the village as well as a village store and Post Office. Hop on the A30 and head up to Newquay, bustling coastal town with a great beach and popular with surfers, you can enjoy local craft shops and independent businesses as well as classic Cornwall tourist spots.
