We are ten minutes drive from Telford centre. The Ironbridge Gorge Museums take you back in time for a taste of the area in its heyday. The three other Ironbridge Gorge Museum sites open over the festive break are the Museum of Iron, Museum of the Gorge and the original Iron Bridge itself; cast in 1779 its great arch spans the stunning River Severn – as you walk across the bridge try and imagine what the area was like around 300 years ago at the beginning of industrial development. The Half Moon in Jackfield is a traditional public house offering comfortable accommodation - this DOES NOT include breakfast. We offer an extensive menu served all year around. In the months of April through to September we are open everyday 12pm - 9pm for food service. In the months of October through to March we are open Wednesday, Thursday & Friday 5pm - 9pm, Saturday and Sunday 12pm - 9pm. We are CLOSED Monday's and Tuesday's.
