Designed with a calm and luxurious feeling the open plan kitchen/ living space has a bright and airy décor, whether you're cooking up a storm or relaxing with a hot drink you'll find plenty of space for dining and catching up with friends or family. On the lower floor you will find two serene double bedrooms, along with a bathroom complete with a walk-in shower. The upper floor boasts the master bedroom with king size bed and en-suite. There is also a study on the upper floor which can be used as a fourth bedroom with a pull-out bed, please note this is most suitable for a child. Along the side of the house you will find a balcony as well as a small terrace area for enjoying those sunnier days!

Situated just a 2 minute walk from the vibrant Cotham Hill and Whiteladies Road, our light and spacious home is the perfect spot for your Bristol getaway! The house is well connected by public transport, and there is a TIER scooter parking spot very nearby if you want to scoot around the city instead. The city centre is around a 25 minute walk from us, and filled with shops, restaurants and other attractions. 25 minute walk to the stunning harbourside, and 20 min walk to Clifton Village.
