- Hampton by Hilton Ashford International operates a strict No smoking policy. Although smoking is not permitted within hotel buildings themselves, guests who smoke are permitted to do so outside in designated areas. If anyone is found to be or has been smoking in any of our rooms will be liable for a fine of £250.00.

-If you use a debit/credit card to check in, a hold may be placed on your card account for the full anticipated amount to be owed to the hotel, including estimated incidentals, through your date of check-out and such hold may not be released for 7 days from the date of check-out or longer at the discretion of your card issuer.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

A damage deposit of £100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
